The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification in either Construction or Quantity Surveying.
The main function of the role is to organise, co-ordinate and manage the financial procurement process for client accounts.
Assistant Cost & Procurement Manager

Department: Office - Commercial
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Cost & Procurement manager to join our busy Commercial team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is approaching the end of a degree/HNC in either Construction or Quantity Surveying.
The main purpose of this job role is to assist the organisation and management of the financial procurement process for client accounts. The main duties and responsibilities will include the preparation and agreement of tenders using an agreed schedule of rates, communication with clients, instigation of pre-contract / post meeting with the delivery team to discuss financial constraints, planning and organising of a clients full procurement, place orders and liaise with sub contractors and assisting in the final agreement.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineer/Assistant

The role will necessitate a diverse series of technical and inter-personal skills as all aspects of the pre and post contract M&E services implementation are integrated.
