August 2005 saw the appointment of Kenny Mosley & Nigel Hughes as Directors; the board was further strengthened in July 2006 with the appointments of Mark Knapton – Contracts Director and Chris Lockley - Commercial Director giving us the foundations to progress the business into the next phase of its strategic expansion.

To further demonstrate our commitment to our greatest asset, our people and to ensure continuous improvement in ensuring our people have the skills appropriate for our future business objectives, we are delighted to announce the award of our NVQ Assessment Centre in conjunction with CITB / City & Guilds and the accreditation of our internal verifiers & assessors in Wood Occupations – Site Work to level 2.. this providing the necessary skills, knowledge and motivation to further develop our workforce. We currently have five candidates in the Centre, who will be followed by a further ten internal candidates in the fourth quarter of 2006, ultimately we will be in a position to provide service to other businesses’ within the craft industry.

We have continued our commitment to CSR maintaining our ongoing initiatives, further enhancing them with the appointment of internal “Waste Champions” and increasing our raw material recycling processes.

These developments fully demonstrate our “Commitment to Excellence” developing & empowering our teams to enhance the service delivery to our clients, acknowledging our responsibility to both the community and the environment.

In June 2006 through recognition of our performance, we achieved enrolment onto the Royal Bank of Scotland Approved Supplier Programme; we have also received three “Pride” awards from Nationwide Building Society for outstanding performance. We are very proud of these significant acknowledgments from our clients, recognising our ongoing commitment to quality & service.

In what has been an extremely demanding period, the evolvement of our business over this year has been seamless to our clients and there has been significant activity across all our work streams.
